The audit (fixed price, written deliverable)

Named-Bottleneck Operations Audit. You name ONE recurring operational problem that hurts (for example: appointment scheduling, invoice chasing, weekly status reporting, handoffs between people). We analyze it and deliver:

• a written PDF, dated, for that one named problem;
• a current-state breakdown of how the process runs today, and where the time and money leak across capture, follow-up, visibility, and handoff;
• the three highest-value fixes, in priority order, with effort estimates;
• delivered in 3 to 5 business days of receiving your problem description.

What it is not: it is not consulting hours, not a retainer, and not a promise that we have fixed this for anyone else. It is analysis and a prioritized plan, in writing, for one problem you chose.

Honest context

Third-party operators publicly price productized operations audits from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars; the rate cards we have read cluster audits around $250 to $1,000. Those are other companies' public prices — not our income, which is zero to date. Our $499 sits in that band with a fixed, named deliverable so you can compare like for like.
